**Nexus Talent Connect Seeks Talented Family Law Attorney**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead the Creation of Essential Legal Documents**: Draft Judicial Council Forms, Pleadings, and Motions with accuracy and expertise.
- **Manage Discovery Processes**: Efficiently gather critical case information, ensuring thorough and effective discovery.
- **Build Strong Client Relationships**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and the collection of important case details for strategic case management.
- **Represent Clients in Court**: Handle in-person court appearances for child support and other family law cases, using your extensive experience to advocate effectively.
- **Mentor Junior Attorneys**: Share your knowledge and expertise to support the growth and success of the team.
**Qualifications**:
- Active State Bar license with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Family Law practice.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of managing complex family law cases from start to finish.
- In-depth knowledge of Family Law Practice and Procedures, enabling expert guidance and representation.
- A proactive, results-driven approach, paired with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software to streamline case preparation and representation.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 and above, depending on experience
