Regional law firm is seeking insurance defense attorneys with 6 plus yrs of experience in Insurance defense litigation; Special interest in attorneys with first-party insurance litigation, construction-defect litigation or bodily injury defense practices or medical malpractice.The firm is interested in speaking with attorneys with a minimum of $150K of portable business

The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:

  • Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions and trial work, handling mediations
  • Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals and clients
  • Self-starter; professional
  • Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
  • Steller research written and verbal communication skills are key
  • Motivated, ambitious, and career oriented
