We truly believe that our employees are the most important aspect of our business and treat them as such As part of our growing agencies, Lotus Behavioral Health is currently hiring for a part-time to full-time BCBA to provide services for DDS clients (Adults with Developmental Disabilities).

BCBA responsibilities may include working within a variety of DDS modalities which include; residential group home & Day Program locations.

In Person services expected include but are not limited to; conducting FBAs & training direct care staff.

Indirect/Virtual services expected include; writing Behavioral Support Plans, virtually attending collaborative/ IP meetings, writing Quarterly Reports, and attending HRC/PRC/URR as needed. Indirect hours can be completed from home and you make your own schedule for the in person direct hours.

Our Office Managers and Data Coordinators take away your headache of gathering/managing data and keeping track of report, HRC, PRC URR, and BSP needs.
