Location: Hybrid (Office-Based - Naugatuck, CT & Telehealth)
Qualifications: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCA, LMSW, and MFTA, Psychologist License in Connecticut
(Must be licensed to practice in CT and a resident of CT or one of the following states: NY, NJ, MA, or NC)

Benefits:
Employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in health and dental/vision insurance at the start of the 1st of the month after their 1st 30 days with the company.
Full-time employees are eligible to participate in Stokes's full benefits package.
- Weekly supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians
- Free CEU training where clinicians can earn 15 hours towards their full license
- 2 weeks of PTO per year, accruing at 3.08 hours accrued per pay period
- 12 paid company holidays per year
- 3 days of bereavement leave
- 401(k): After 1 year, employees are eligible to participate in our 401k plan with a 100% match on up to 4% of your contributions.
