**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Agent at Sogno Tours, LLC you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue through inbound and outbound warm lead sales calls. Your focus will be on selling a variety of vacation packages and generating upgrades. This role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our products, and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment. Your attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, professionalism, and organizational abilities will be crucial in achieving success in this position.

**What We Offer**:

- **Competitive earnings package that equates to an Hourly Wage ($15.00/hour), Plus Commissions. Our typical sales agents are earning $80,000-$150,000/year.**

Are you ready to join a dynamic sales team that is poised for exponential growth in the travel industry?

**Key Responsibilities and Attributes**:
**Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls**: You will **place high-volume outbound and receive inbound sales calls to/from customers** who have expressed interest in our vacation packages and provide expert assistance to offer additional options and close sales. **This is a performance-based position.**

**Effective Communication Skills**: You will be the voice of Sogno Tours, LLC and your ability to **communicate fluently, intelligently, and persuasively** while adhering to company scripts and rebuttals is essential. Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is an added advantage. Have a high level of **confidence**.

**Knowledge Retention**: You should be capable of memorizing products (vacation packages, locations, features and amenities, guest qualification, processes, and rebuttals) and **show a self-driven attitude to continuously study and master your craft.**

**Sales Pitches**: Utilize developed and evolving scripts to **deliver persuasive sales pitches**, emphasizing the features and benefits of the quality vacation experience we offer. Qualify and verify customer requirements for purchasing packages according to established processes and company standards. Follow the processes we have created and be **open-minded**.

**Attention to Detail**: Demonstrate a meticulous mindset, avoid mistakes by thoroughly understanding and **following our processes, and review transactions before processing** to ensure accuracy. Keep organized records.

**Creative Problem Solving**: Possess the skills to effectively **turn a non-sale into a sale and influence potential customers**. Provide exceptional customer service on every call, ensuring a positive customer experience. Creatively counter customer objections efficiently and persuasively to overcome resistance and close sales.

**Be a Team Player**: Collaborate well with colleagues and **derive motivation from the successes of others**.

**Reliability**:Punctuality and consistent attendance are key**, ensuring that you show up on time and don't have issues related to attendance.
