- Meet with potential customers, generate new listings and follow-up on sales leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation with a valid Drivers License.
- Must be computer literate and possess a printer, scanner, and smartphone.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Maintain company expectations and have a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training to motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with the Florida real estate market is advantageous.
