**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage VIP communications with speed, poise, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage host table management on high volume nights

**Requirements**:

- Must be comfortable in both office and high volume hospitality settings
- Must be a multitasker and quick thinker
- Must be good with reading a guest and anticipating their needs.
- Must be a "people person" and good at quickly understanding various personality types
- Must be calm and collected under pressure

**Experience.**
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest relations scenarios
- Background in Sales, Hotel Concierge, or Special Events is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where you can showcase your customer service skills and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
