Night Auditor/front Desk Clerk

**Orangewood Inn & Suites **in **Austin**,TX is **seeking a qualified night audit front desk representative with a high level of professionalism and effective decision making skill. Applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills.

**Key Requirements**:

- Successful history as a front desk agent or related hospitality and/or customer service experience.
- Must have a flexible work schedule.
- Must be timely, attentive, friendly, and courteous.
- Must possess basic mathematics and computer skills.
- A task-driven, hardworking individual.
- Must be of age 18 or older.
- Must be qualified to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual Required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests
- Booking reservations
- Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
- Accommodating guest requests and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
- Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
- Handling cash, credit card, and direct bill payments
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk and lobby area

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Work setting:

- In-person

**Experience**:

- Hotel experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
