Call Center Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services.
**Duties**:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and complaints
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services, and upsell when possible
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service
- Resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate departments for resolution
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
**Skills**:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in outbound calling is preferred but not required
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
This is a full-time position with competitive pay. We offer opportunities for career growth within the company.
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
