We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **Premium Administration Analyst**. As a Premium Administration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate billing and collection of allotments for each participant in the FEDVIP/BENEFEDS program. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to premium administration, payroll deduction processes, error detection and reporting, and building strong relationships with Agency Payroll Offices.

Join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless administration and payment processing of the FEDVIP/BENEFEDS program. If you are a meticulous professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining financial accuracy, we would love to hear from you.
- Ideally has 2+ years of experience in Premium Administration, Billing, administering employee benefits, or payroll.
- Exhibits strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Displays excellent organizational and mathematical abilities.
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers.
- Shows a commitment to following documented procedures.
- Possesses a strong technical aptitude and is quick to learn new technologies.
- Works well independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Manages time effectively to ensure efficient workflow.
- Possesses a High School Diploma or GED.

Location: Portsmouth, NH - HYBRID 2 days in office

Full-Time Position M-F with core business hours
