Transportar los palos de golf hacia o desde los vehículos de los huéspedes y/o los autobuses de los grupos. Recoger y bajar las bolsas de golf de los huéspedes en el punto de retiro de las bolsas. Proporcionar indicaciones a los golfistas para dirigirse hacia las áreas relacionadas con el golf. Asistir a los golfistas con los carritos y el equipo. Distribuir tarjetas de puntaje y lápices entre los golfistas. Retirar los carritos de golf del área de almacenamiento y del escenario de juego. Apartar los palos en alquiler para que sean utilizados por los huéspedes y limpiarlos y guardarlos luego de su uso. Guardar, limpiar, rotular y organizar los palos de los huéspedes en la sala de depósito de las bolsas. Limpiar, supervisar los detalles y reponer los carritos de golf luego de cada uso. Documentar cualquier daño y deficiencia de los carritos de golf para que los revise un mecánico. Mantener la limpieza de las áreas relacionadas con el golf. Mantener líneas de comunicación con las tiendas de golf a fin de asegurar la eficiencia de las operaciones en el campo y la satisfacción de los huéspedes. Organizar, recomponer o desarmar las estaciones de práctica. Recoger y limpiar las pelotas utilizadas en las instalaciones de práctica. Garantizar la seguridad de todos los equipos de golf guardados en el depósito. Notificar al gerente o supervisor cualquier cuestión importante cuando sea necesario.

Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía; informar cualquier problema de mantenimiento, peligros para la seguridad, accidentes o lesiones; completar la capacitación y certificaciones sobre seguridad. Asegurarse de que tanto el uniforme como la apariencia personal sean pulcros y profesionales. Mantener la privacidad de la información propiedad de la compañía; proteger sus bienes. Apoyar a todos los compañeros de trabajo y tratarlos con dignidad y respeto. Dar apoyo al equipo para alcanzar metas comunes. Cumplir las expectativas y los estándares de aseguramiento de la calidad. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y colocar objetos con un peso inferior a 50 libras (22,50 Kg) o su equivalente sin asistencia. Estar de pie, sentarse o caminar durante períodos prolongados o durante el turno de trabajo completo. Leer y verificar visualmente información en varios formatos (por ejemplo, las letras menudas). Inspeccionar visualmente herramientas, equipos o máquinas (por ejemplo, para identificar defectos). Agarrar, dar vuelta y manipular objetos de varios tamaños y pesos, lo que requiere habilidades motrices finas y buena coordinación entre las manos y los ojos. Alcanzar por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso agacharse, girar la cintura, arrastrar e inclinarse. Moverse por superficies inclinadas, desníveladas o resbalosas y escalinatas. Subir y bajar escalinatas y/o rampas de servicio. Acoger y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con las normas de la compañía. Hablar con otras personas usando un lenguaje claro y profesional; contestar las llamadas telefónicas usando la etiqueta apropiada.
