**Job Title**: Operation Technology Support / Call Center Technical Support **(Graveyard Shift)**
**Pay Rate**:24.00 to 28.00 DOE
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize troubleshooting tools and resources to identify and diagnose technical problems accurately.
- Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, troubleshooting steps taken, and resolutions achieved, in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or higher-level support personnel for further investigation and resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and data security standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; information technology, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a technical support role or customer service position, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to customers of varying technical expertise.
- Proficiency in using remote desktop tools and troubleshooting utilities to assist customers remotely.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Possible remote work option.
