Experienced Accounting Admin- Manufacturing

**Shift**:
8:00am-5:00pm
**Pay**:
$22.00-$25.00 based on exp.

**What you are responsible for**:

- Processing routine accounting transactions and runs corresponding reports
- Managing accounts payable processes and intercompany payments
- Processing vendor invoices for payment; including obtaining approvals and data entry of invoices
- Performing routine clerical functions as part of the administrative functions of the entire department
- Accounts Receivable Collections and invoice reconciliation communication to customers and suppliers
- Processes transactions and enters them into the inventory management system.
- Follows processes and performs transactions with a high degree of accuracy
- Handles a large volume of basic transactions
- Assists Controller in processing more complex transactions and auditing work, upon request
- Contacts internal and external departments for required information

**What you bring to the table**:

- Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment and Excel
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Understanding of accounting principles/GAAP and workflow
- Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented and accuracy driven
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of company
- Flexibility, with the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
