**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Possess a deep understanding of different technologies and systems to facilitate effective integration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in integration tools and methodologies.
- Lead and coordinate integration projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, events & operations, to ensure successful integrations.
- Facilitate communication between teams to address challenges and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement testing plans to ensure the quality and reliability of integrated systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during integration processes.
- Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Train relevant teams on new integrations and functionalities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
