**Baseline Requirements**:

- A clean background check to ensure the safety and trustworthiness for our customers.
- A valid driver's license for customer visits and site assessments.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in related fields are a plus.
- A professional appearance, reflecting the quality and integrity of the Mainstream Home Improvement brand.
- Outstanding presentation skills, capable of engaging and persuading a diverse customer base.
- No direct home exteriors sales experience is necessary, we'll train the right person.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing in-depth knowledge on roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and more. Help customers make informed decisions based on their needs and preferences.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and installation processes to offer the best solutions to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to project completion.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and to foster long-term relationships.
- Market Awareness: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

2. Quick Adaptability to New Technology Systems: The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology systems is crucial. This includes CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, digital estimating software, and any other technology platforms relevant to sales and customer management.

4. Experience in Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proven experience in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and effectively converting those leads into sales opportunities is essential.

5. Familiarity with Job Profitability and Variance Reports: Understanding and interpreting job profitability and variance reports is key. This knowledge will assist in making informed sales decisions and in maintaining the financial health of projects.

6. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Platform (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Digital Estimating Software, and a general comfort with technology are required. This skill set is critical for creating proposals, estimates, and presentations, as well as for communicating effectively with clients and the team.

7. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.

8.
