Senior Commercial Lender

A growing credit union is searching for an experienced Senior Commercial Lender. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of commercial lending, as well as leadership experience. Responsibilities:

• Develop business relationships and monitor business members’ lending and depository needs
• Explain requirements and processes to members
• Build and service a commercial loan portfolio
• Meet with potential and existing commercial customers
• Determine if the loan request is viable with bank policy
• Participate in strategic planning and community affairs to increase visibility

Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial lending experience
• Experience in underwriting, business development, and commercial relationship management
• Strong business development and analytical skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and business lending software
