Commission Base Regional Outside Sales Representative

**Location**: Northeast Territory (NY, CT, NJ, PA, RI, ME, MA, NH, VT)

We are dedicated to elevating our commitment to servicing retailers, reseller and distributors with the Nation’s best wholesale outerwear, sportswear and workwear apparel.

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Multi-Line Representative/Group to join our sales team. The Regional Sales Representative/Group will be responsible for selling our products/services within a specific geographic region, building and maintaining relationships with customers, expanding our network of customers within the region and achieving sales targets.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned region.
- Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities through tradeshows and other industry related leads prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings with existing customers as needed and potential new customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and operations to support sales efforts and ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends to sales management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an apparel sales role.
- In depth knowledge and experience of industry related Wholesale Apparel Industry and Industry Related Trade Organizations, Trade Shows & Trade publications.
- Experience in selling workwear and/or sportswear preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

- Travel
