**Position Overview**:
Nibav Lifts Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Filler to join our team. The Order Filler will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role is essential in ensuring that our products are delivered to clients in a timely manner and in perfect condition.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Order Selection: Utilize order sheets or electronic systems to accurately pick customer orders from designated storage areas.
- Product Inspection: Inspect products for defects or damages before packing and shipping.
- Order Packing: Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular cycle counts.
- Shipping Coordination: Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order filling or a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
