Job Description: We are excited to welcome a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Ambassador & Patient Care Coordinator. This role is initially for a temp to hire covering for a team member on leave, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. While we cannot guarantee this transition to a permanent role, we are optimistic and aim to keep the right candidate on board long-term based on business needs and performance.
As a key member of our team, you will manage front desk operations and contribute to patient care during procedures. You will also have the opportunity to take on projects that support business growth and engage actively in our social media presence. This is an ideal position for someone who is enthusiastic about the med spa industry and eager to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Warmly Greet and Check-In Patients: Be the welcoming face that our patients first encounter, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.
  2. Efficient Appointment Management: Skillfully manage the spas schedule, making sure appointments are booked accurately and efficiently.
  3. In-Depth Service Guidance: Provide comprehensive information about our services, from Botox to fillers, helping clients make informed decisions about their treatments.
  4. Prompt Inquiry Handling: Address patient inquiries with promptness and precision, ensuring all questions are answered to their satisfaction.
  5. Front Desk Upkeep: Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and inviting, creating a professional and serene environment.
  6. Administrative and Inventory Support: Assist with various administrative tasks and help maintain inventory, ensuring everything is in order.
  7. Medical Procedure Assistance: Support medical staff during procedures when necessary, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  8. Social Media Engagement: Actively participate in our social media efforts to promote our services and engage with our community.
  9. Proactive Project Involvement: Take the initiative on projects that contribute to the spas growth and operational excellence.
  10. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the entire team to provide a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
  11. Patient Check-Out and Sales: Assist patients with check-out, process payments, and promote retail products effectively.
Qualifications:
  1. Passion for Med Spa Treatments: Enthusiasm for Botox, fillers, and other aesthetic treatments, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
