Territory Representative

**Territory Sales Representative - Western United States**
**Responsibilities**:
To develop and assist in the market share growth of our branded pet foods and supplements by meeting with retailers and supporting our distributors in the Western United States, including California, Oregon, Washington, & Nevada. The position requires extensive travel (min 75% on the road), working remotely while visiting clients and prospects in different cities and states within the assigned territory.
Specific responsibilities & duties include:
- Daily sales calls to existing accounts
- Identify opportunities for sales growth
- Support and educate distributor and retailers sales staffs
- Meet monthly/quarterly target sales and growth goals
- Merchandising in stores to maximize exposure and product rotation
- Build client relationships and maximize customer service/satisfaction
- Attend consumer and trade shows
- Completing timely sales reports and maintain accurate CRM reporting
Required qualifications/experience:
- Minimum one year field sales experience
- Live in a state within the assigned sales territory
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & Powerpoint
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, clean driving record and reliable transportation

- Pet lover and knowledge of animal nutrition a huge plus
Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
