USILAW’s practice involves providing industry leading solutions that provide its clients assurance of success. **Legal Assistants** work on the following:
Business Immigration areas:

- H-1Bs
- L-1As
- L-1Bs
- Alien Labor Certification (PERM)
- EB-1C (Greencards) and Naturalization petitions
- Employment Authorization petitions

**Job Duties Include**:

- Monitoring a high volume of cases with varying deadlines
- Generating notifications to clients and maintaining relevant records
- Responding to immigration inquiries in a timely manner and strictly adhering to submission deadlines
- Administrative tasks
- Performing other duties as assigned

**Must have**:

- Excellent communication skills; oral and written, to include legal writing skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask across various clients
- Initiative to learn and synthesize new information
- Problem solving skills
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently as well as coordinate with a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office suites; Excel, Outlook, Word
