**Responsibilities Include**:

- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
- Accurately enter order and/or customer data into computer tracking system
- Able to set appropriate expectations with customers and sales team and resolve conflicts if/when necessary
- Solution oriented and self-motivated
- Other tasks as assigned

The Customer Service Representative role is a Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) position, working a "hybrid" work week schedule of 3 days a week in office, 2 days remote. Magid is headquartered in Romeoville (IL). Therefore, you must be able to commute to Romeoville as required and/or as needed.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Action-oriented, flexible problem solver, self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills
- On the job training provided
