**Duties**:

- Serves as the Division Senior Intelligence Analyst (SIA) for the Advanced Conventional Weapons Division (ACW). ACW’s mission is to assess current, future, and potential characteristics and performance of military weapons systems.
- Plans, oversees, and evaluates empirical testing, systematic observation, and controlled experiments; computational, equation, and simulation modeling; and, statistical and computational data analysis, as required.
- Develops analytical objectives and project scope by assessing customer requirements. Identifies new information sources, intelligence community resources, collaborative opportunities. Develops collection plans to address information gaps.
- Formulates NGIC's position on critical issues and projects evolving from assigned programs.
- Coordinates or oversees tasks that involve two or more divisions. Oversees, advises, and evaluates production done at the branch level.
- Represents the Division, Directorate, and Army on critical intelligence issues. Prepares NGIC's position on critical issues and projects within the Center’s intelligence production authorities.

- Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate: Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.
