**Earthwork / Utility Foremen**: Manages the day-to-day operations of the company's grading & earthwork projects - managing schedules, vendors, subcontractors, and personnel. Foremen are expected to have a good driving record, and strong leadership. Experience with utility, excavation or fine grading work is required.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Applicants must pass a Health Performance Exam, pre-hire drug and alcohol testing prior to starting. Applicant must have a minimum OSHA 10 Hour Construction Outreach training prior to starting.**
