Since 2007 Bassett Salon Solutions has distributed to the beauty industry in the Western United States focusing on the Health and Wealth of the Hairdresser.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Our Customer Service Representatives share the focus of delivering the utmost service through our daily interactions with our clients, vendors and internal team members. As a Bassett Salon Solutions Customer Service Representative your key responsibilities will include taking a high volume of incoming calls and inputting orders into our data base system, ensuring excellent customer service by providing information about inventory, prices, product knowledge and promotions as well as assisting callers with the tracking of their packages. Good understanding of the callers needs and how to diagnose, fix or troubleshoot their needs to the correct department is a must. Outbound calls will be made to Bassett accounts to follow up and ensure that our valued customers are always supported. Your enthusiasm for exceeding client’s needs and expectations along with your passion for building relationships with a wide range of salon professionals will make you successful in this role

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
