Are you passionate about leveraging cutting-edge machine learning solutions to drive innovation in the financial services industry? In Servicing Intelligence, we’re using ML to build the future of how we work with our customers. As a key player in our Card Machine Learning division, you’ll collaborate with talented data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy NLP, vision, and GenAI models to help support our customers and enable our servicing agents. You’ll also work across teams to build products that enable seamless and scalable model development, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to building a thriving product practice in support of our overall Machine Learning capabilities.

- You’ll understand and leverage technology and end-state architecture vision to partner with technology team to drive comprehensive design decisions out of white space technical problems
- You’ll share business strategy and roadmap with Tech partners to establish context while also leading and facilitating agile ceremonies alongside Tech Lead

**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
**Preferred **Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in Agile product management
