They are responsible for day-to-day activities including (but not limited to):

- Customer Experience & Sales
- Maintaining a clean and well stocked sales floor with high visual standards.
- Creating a well organized and neat stock room.

Retail Sales Associates at birddogs are highly personable, innovative, energetic, and organized individuals. They are excited about being a part of peoples lives.

We are looking for someone who fully understands and appreciates the importance of our customers' happiness, and are willing to get innovative to ensure the customer has the best shopping experience possible.
- Incredible communication skills, both verbal and written. We are looking for an individual who is eager to engage and connect with customers. Sales Associates are able to clearly express needs to management and effectively communicate with team members.
- A highly motivated and intuitive. Sales Associates have deep and extensive product knowledge that they can readily share with new and returning customers. They are proactive and possess a go-getter personality.
- A team player. At birddogs, collaboration, compassion, respect and supporting your team is at the heart of who we are and the culture that we will always uphold.
- Excitement about the birddogs brand as a whole. Sales Associates are ambassadors of the brand, and they are the windows to the brand. They must exhibit passion for birddogs in all interactions with customers.
- Prior retail and sales experience _strongly_ recommended.
- Knowledge of Shopify POS is a plus.
- There are openings for part-time and full-time positions in this role.
