We are a thriving, 40-year-old company looking for an experienced **Sales Associate **with a desire to deliver best in care service and a proven successful sales record to drive our medical equipment and supply sales.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Provide excellent customer experiences.
- Generate data-driven sales leads and referral sources.
- Drive market share growth to meet company revenue goals.
- Facilitate educational in-services and product demonstrations with new and existing referral sources.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with referral sources, customers, vendors, and team members.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
- Skill to recognize customer needs and direct sales to the appropriate merchandise.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered.
- Strong home medical equipment sales knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Bilingual, Spanish-Speaking, skills a plus.

**Salary and Benefits**
- Salary ($50,000 - 65,000), **plus commission**, based on experience and education.
