Lawn Doctor of Kingwood - Humble is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawncare and pest control services to join our team. Our technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. Lawn Doctor technicians treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products such as fertilizers, herbicides, pest control, aerate lawns, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

**We are NOT a mowing crew**

Qualifications:

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Must enjoy interacting with customers and providing information/solutions as needed
- Ability to listen and learn quickly
- Ability to operate machinery
- Ability to meet production goals
- Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Pass a drug test and background check.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identification of pests, cultural problems, and the proper use of select products
- Driving company vehicle to customer locations
- Effectively communicating with customers regarding treatment and recommendations
- Managing daily vehicle inventory and equipment
- Completion of accurate documentation for customers, office, and Texas Department of Agriculture
- Maintaining vehicle and equipment
