**Who we are looking for**:
As a Connections Manager, Experiential, you will work closely with the Connections Supervisor, Experiential to coordinate, oversee and execute assigned projects while providing business and operational support to the Experiential team. In this role, you will gain further experience working with cross-functional teams to understand and address business, creative and project needs while developing key skills in client engagement, field marketing, problem solving, and communications. Managing your workflow, providing reporting and metrics, and working closely with channel partners will be imperative to your success. Travel is required, which may include weekends depending upon the event you are supporting, at approximately 25% of the year.
**What you'll do**:
- Contributes to developing, updating, and implementing team's tactical marketing deliverables as well as act as a liaison to the field as required.
- Build trust with client and internal team through day-to-day contact
- Work with WPP partner agencies to ensure the Navy's needs and objectives are being met, especially as it pertains to program activation
- Develop training and/or onsite informational materials, as needed for programs
- Stay atop key industry trends, bringing new marketing ideas to the table on a regular basis
- Support for the day-to-day workflow/execution and financial management
- Development and implementation of program summaries and monthly/annual reports
- Responsible for other duties and projects as assigned (such as competitive research / analysis, etc.)
- Travel throughout the year will be a responsibility for this position in order to support programs and event execution. Estimated travel time

**What you'll need**:
- 1-3 years experience, agency experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

- Actively contributes to team and department culture
- Curiosity, initiative, enthusiasm to learn and ability to follow direction
