Position Summary:

The Connected Intelligence Manager is responsible for delivering insights, data visualizations, and comprehensive reporting for both client and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management and Integration:
    • Supervise the amalgamation of data from various digital platforms into reporting tools.
    • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all reporting systems.
    • Create and maintain documentation for all metrics and dimensions.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization:
    • Design advanced dashboards and reports focusing on key performance indicators.
    • Develop custom visualizations to effectively convey complex data to diverse stakeholders.
    • Establish automated reporting systems for real-time performance tracking.
  • Digital Media Performance Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough analyses of multi-channel digital media campaigns.
    • Perform various analytical techniques to evaluate user engagement and campaign success.
    • Identify trends and opportunities within digital media performance data.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:
    • Communicate complex analyses and insights to senior management and clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on performance metrics and reporting requirements.

  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously assess and enhance business intelligence processes.
    • Stay informed on advancements in BI tools and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media analytics or business intelligence.
  • Demonstrated success in managing BI projects within a digital media context.
