Your Role and Responsibilities

The Transformation Specialist under the guidance of the Transformation Leader, partners with HR Function, HR Technology and HR Operations teams to drive transformation towards an integrated, transparent, and agile workflow, enabled by data and AI.

They support the HR Function navigating the transformation approach from the problem statement definition to implementation and through the framework: engagement, discovery, design, delivery and sustain.

Transformation Specialist Key Responsibilities:
Engagement
- Support the Transformation Leader in:

- Identifying and prioritizing opportunities
- Establishing preliminary targets & timelines (FTE, cost reduction)

Discovery
- Support the HR Function defining Problem Statement
- Perform the Activity Based Analysis
- Estimate ROI

Design
- Lead design thinking session to design future state including process workflows simplification, elimination and automation
- Lock requirements & commit delivery timelines

Deliver
- Process Transformation (elimination, simplification) and Automation execution (development, UAT, deployment, training)

Sustain
- Lead Hypercare and hand over to business users / Technology team
- Support Change Management
- Ensure self-sustainability
