Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Transfer Pricing Professional, your responsibilities will include:

- Lead transfer pricing projects to successful completion, developing valuation analysis models including understanding of Build-up method, CAPM, knowledge of DCF modeling and other valuation techniques;
- Create financial models to determine intercompany prices, royalty rates, and other cross-border charges;
- Perform economic and financial analyses to support business decisions.
- Assist in preparing audit analyses, supporting audit-ready files, and drafting memorandums/reports as needed;
- Work with and understand complex accounting data residing in multiple systems such as planning, accounting, and internal measurement systems (e.g., analyze and understand Hyperion, OneSource and/or similar accounting ledger data);
- Take a leadership role in intercompany matters, collaborating with accounting, financial planning, external reporting foreign controllers, business managers, and tax departments.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Transfer Pricing, with a comprehensive understanding of valuations, business models, and financial statements.
- Proficient in financial modeling and adept at extracting and interpreting data from various internal systems, including mastery of MS Excel with expertise in Pivot Tables, Alteryx, and/or Power queries.
- Demonstrate ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and focus on detail.
- Excellent time management, communication (verbal and written), decision-making, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
