**About Us**:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Charge Bookkeeper with technical payroll experience to join our team.

As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our clients' bookkeeping and payroll processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and payroll data. This position requires a self-starter with an extreme ownership personality, capable of taking initiative and driving results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients
- Process payroll for clients, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Generate financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their bookkeeping and payroll needs
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Technical payroll experience, including knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s in accounting - Experience working in a fast-paced and growing company
- Knowledge of small business accounting and advisory services
