Way Creative House is a fast-growing, full-service digital agency servicing corporate clientele, and early-staged (funded) startups. We work with product managers, designers, engineers, and sales to build a high-caliber digital experience for our clients. We are currently in search of a creative, experienced Videographer to join our company. You will play a key role in the success of our Video Production team, and will add to the creation, and innovation of various promotional video projects. The Videographer will be responsible for translating storyboard concepts and bringing them to life. We are looking for someone who is a creative problem solver, and has the ability to produce high quality video under tight deadlines. Editing is not required for this role, however a knowledge of lighting, stabilizing and overall production quality is necessary.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Shoot Planning
- Filming video on set and on location
- Working with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots
- Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment
- Preparing background film, or b-roll
- Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
- Multitasking skills for working with many crew members and talent at once
- Creative thinking with an excellent eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and members of the production team
- Knowledge of post-production techniques
- Physical ability to move and hold recording equipment for long periods
- Understanding of computer software used for planning, editing and scripting

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including; Premier, Element 3D,After Effects, Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator and Audition.
- General understanding of cameras, lighting, sound and digital equipment
- Knowledge of current and cutting-edge technology
- 2 plus years experience
- Ability to take direction
- Clear communication skills
- Team player
- Technical wizard
- Highly organized

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
