**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products or services
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience or ability to up sell products is preferred but not required
