The Business Development Associate will generate and develop customer lead for OBiO’s CRO/CDMO service. The job responsibilities include,
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities within the biotechnology industry.
- Identify key individuals at the prospective companies to reach out to. Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential partners, and manage interactions with them.
- Assist in the development and delivery of business proposals.
- Support the sales team in achieving their sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the biotechnology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM software a plus.
