Material Handler

**Why supply chain at Stryker?**:
Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm, OT as needed.

The material handler will work with warehouse and manufacturing personnel to keep production areas stocked and supplied with raw materials.

**Workstyle**: Perform tasks that are generally routine and manual with high attention to detail.

**Team Player**: Build positive relationships with others to achieve common goals.

**Reliable**: Manage time, to ensure being at work on time and effectively get the job done.

**What you will do**:

- Log in and out of Flex Net computers, to assign inventory to production lots
- Request raw materials from Receiving warehouse personnel
- Return unused inventory to stock and return to Receiving warehouse
- Weigh and transport production scrap and garbage and move it to waste area
- Communicate with Production Lead, Line Runners, Operators and Receiving staff regarding material availability and scheduling
- Assist production staff with set-ups, change-overs, lot closing and line clearance
- Assist with stocking inventory in production and gowning areas
- Load cloth rolls on any lines using master rolls
- Assist with production as needed

**What you will need**:

- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Manufacturing Experience or 1 year of related work experience preferred
