- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Maintain online reservations
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and computer software (e.g., property management systems). Must have phone etiquette.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Multilingual skills are a plus
As a Front Desk Agent, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
