Overview:
The**_ Administrative Assistant_** is responsible for the daily administrative duties related to the care coordination program. The administrative assistant works closely with senior leadership to ensure the administrative tasks are completed to meet program requirements.

**Reports to**: Senior program director, care coordination

**Location**: Foster Care/Community Programs Bronx, NY, 10453

**Hours**: 35 hours, Non-Exempt (Please note positions are onsite unless and hybrid schedule is based on program needs/leadership discretion)

**Salary Range is 40k-45k Based on proven relevant experience.**

**Major Duties**:

- Submits check-requests, petty cash requests, and metro card forms to finance department
- Order and reconcile metro cards
- Orders equipment for new staff and coordinates onboarding with supervisors
- Creates and maintains ongoing data spreadsheets including master enrolled caseload, and assessment spreadsheet.
- Enters CANS in the UAS system on a monthly basis
- Uploads appropriate onboarding documentation in iCIMS
- Coordinate respite events

**Staff Support**
- Works collaboratively with all teams throughout agency programs
- Completes special projects and assignments as needed or identified by the Director
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 of administrative experience ideally in a non profit setting required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) required.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pro-actively problem solve
- Solid teamwork skills
