Duties include assisting in the creation and production of marketing materials (flyers, tour-books, proposals, eblasts, etc.) with an emphasis on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) as well as other administrative tasks as needed.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Social Media posts and website upkeep
- Assist in creating marketing materials as needed (i.e. Flyers, tour-books, eblasts, aerials, signage, etc.)
- Create mail merges
- Assist in Tenant and Landlord contacts
- Data Research
- Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective clients while providing recommendations to marketing and agents
- Answering Phones
- Ordering of office supplies
- Other tasks as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS**
- Experience in design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator - **Required**:

- Two years of office experience, preferably in a Real Estate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other MS Office products
- Knowledge of Constant Contact
- High School diploma required, college degree preferred.

**PAY & BENEFITS**:

- $65,000 - $75,000 a year, exempt. Salary commensurate with experience.
