We are looking for an** Media Planner** to** **play a critical role in the success of our client services team, contributing to all aspects of the day-to-day success of our client's media strategy and execution.

**Responsibilities**
- Key player of the account team, contributing to strategy, planning, and execution of client’s media
- Collaborate closely with clients and agency partners across ongoing digital marketing projects
- Cultivate publisher and vendor relationships to ensure we stay on top of new opportunities and identify first-to-market opportunities
- Participate in client communications and ensure client needs are being met
- Manage account budgets and work with finance for invoicing

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles within media
- ** Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred**
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Desire to continually learn and improve
- Ability to self-manage under deadlines
- Ability to thrive while juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
- Willingness to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed
