**Key Responsibilities**
- Quoting all types of personal policies
- Input the necessary information for quoting in the EPIC Quotes system
- Run the quotes in the EPIC system and prepare them for review **Managing policy renewals**
- Documenting the management system
- Providing customer service
- Cross-selling to existing clients
- Assisting clients with filing claims
- Serving as the primary point of contact for new personal line business
- Managing billing for policies
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze client's insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction
- Bilingual in English and Korean(prefer), allowing for effective communication with a diverse client base
Please note that a valid insurance license is required by 3 month after hired for this position.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
