**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee roofing and siding projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings to enhance project efficiency and profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on roofing and siding projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
