General Laborer/trimmer

**Job Summary**:
This position is a temp to hire position. Benefits and other company perks will be available once 520 hours are worked. Early morning shift. Monday - Thursday (10-12 hour shifts). Fridays and overtime when necessary (Depending on company needs). Training for position will be provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- Trim excess material off manufactured parts for a smoother finish
- Mark or discard items with defects, unacceptable shapes, or finishes
- Cut, shape, and trim materials using knives, scissors, and other hand tools as needed
- Mark ID numbers, trademarks, grades and part numbers on products
- Read work orders to determine dimensions, cutting locations, and quantities to cut
- Count items as needed
- Stack cut items, load onto pallets, and transport items to work or storage areas as needed
**Requirements**:
- Experience in trimming preferred
- Proficient in using different cutting tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Able to work in a hot environment for 10-12 hour shifts.
- Ability to stand for a long period of time
- Bilingual preferred

Pay: $16.00 per hour
