Location: Mesa
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $14.35 - $16.00/hr

About Us: Express Employment Professionals is seeking hardworking Yard Laborers to join our team. This role involves working in an outdoor, hot environment within the manufacturing industry. We welcome both English and Spanish speakers to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor tasks in the yard, including loading and unloading materials.
  • Operate basic machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with inventory management and material handling.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Support other team members with various tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in an outdoor, hot environment.
  • Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
  • Basic understanding of English or Spanish.
