**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge & experience in the wood working industry.
- Familiarity in the construction industry with trades to compliment custom cabinetry & millwork.
- Proficiency in Cabinetry and Millwork industry.
- Management / leadership experience.
- Cabinet assembly experience.
- Cabinet install experience.
- Cabinet layout & design experience.
- Familiarity with shop tools, equipment and have hands on experience with CNC machines, Edge Bander, Jointer, Planner, Sanders, Saws, etc.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and assemble cabinets to meet customer specifications.
- Must be able to lift +50 lbs regularly throughout the work day.
- Create and encourage a safe, clean and organized work environment.
- Have strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Manage and oversee all operations of the shop.
- Be a team player and create a culture as such.
- Ability to communicate with team members effectively and often.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy your craft
We are looking for someone who can thrive in a small manufacturing environment that completes many various projects per year. We have been in business for 18 years and our reputation speaks for itself in both quality and customer service. We are looking for someone who can lead and take our team to the next level. Provide training and mentoring to shop staff to enhance their performance, handle employee issues and in accordance with company policy.
Work with our sales team and project manager to oversee production schedules, workflow, and quality to ensure jobs are complete & delivered on time, and meet customer specifications. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through on all projects, tasks and assignments.

**Salary**: dependent on experience
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
