**Description de la mission**:

- Au sein de la Business Unit Logistique, TN International, leader mondial de l'emballage et du transport de matières nucléaires, assure pour le compte de ses clients la conception et la réalisation d'emballages de transport et d'entreposage ainsi que le commissionnement de transport.
- Poste et missions:

- Au sein de la direction des achats d’ORANO TN Americas à Columbia, MD (grande banlieue de Washington DC), vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le responsable des achats et le directeur des achats. Ainsi, vous aurez la responsabilité des activités suivantes:

- Process et reporting:
- Préparation, compilation et diffusion du reporting achats selon les procédures ORANO en relation directe avec le siège (Paris)
- Développement et suivi de KPI sur l’activité Supply Chain de Orano TN (volume, performance, OTD, nomenclature des couts des différents produits Orano TN USA, inflation,.)
- Préparation et suivi du budget achats

Supply Chain / Achats:

- Développement des dossiers des appels d’offres en coordination avec les départements ingénierie, projets et les différentes unités de production de Orano TN
- Sourcing : Support actif à l’expansion du panel fournisseur de Orano TN (domestique et international)
- Suivi des activités achats transport radioactives et non radioactives: gestion des fournisseurs, négociation des prix et des contrats, gestion des ordres d’achat.
- Suivi des activités achats d’une unité de maintenance d’emballages nucléaires: gestion des fournisseurs, négociation des prix et des contrats, gestion des ordres d’achat

Business Développement:

- En charge des nomenclatures produits pour les appels d’offres clients (domestique US et international), centralisation des besoins en lien avec le département des ventes

Déplacements domestiques 10% du temps

Le visa requis dans le cadre d’une mission VIE est en effet soumis à des conditions de formation et/ou d’expérience
