Wood Worker

**Special Knowledge/Skills**:

- Knowledge of equipment, materials, methods, practices, and tools used in Solid Surface fabrication
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
- Ability to measure and perform mathematical computations
- Ability to work independently
- Familiar with Solid Surface material, Thermoforming, Seaming, and Blue Print reading.
- 4 years commercial millwork experience, preferred

**Major Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Plan and complete assembly of all things solid surface (ie. countertops, wall paneling, reception desk facades, etc) using oral instructions, plans, specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
- Receive and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inspect jobs upon completion to ensure product meets quality expectations.
- Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
- Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, cutting, etc.
- Displays tolerance necessary for accepting supervision for criticism of duty performance.
- Works in harmony with supervisory and peer personnel.
- Is task-focused and does not socialize excessively.
- Is prompt at arriving at workstation at the beginning of each working day.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
