Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff members

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Experience in office management or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of calendar management software is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
